Even though the Associated Press decided to call Joe Biden the victor of the 2020 election, that hasn’t been decided yet. They don’t care about election integrity. Just advertising sales. But as election integrity in Pennsylvania becomes a bigger part of the national dialogue, I think this needs to be said.

We went from “count every vote” protests in the streets, to celebrations in the streets of a victory prematurely. Media outlets universally said they don’t call elections. Then immediately turned around and tried to do exactly that. But there are allegations of all kinds of fraud all across the country. Lawsuits in Pennsylvania, others starting in Michigan and other places as well. This election will not be officially *called* for at least a few weeks at this point as far as I can tell.

The irony is that the people saying #CountEveryVote are the same people who are celebrating even though every vote hasn’t counted. In fact, many thousands of votes have been lost, destroyed, or otherwise damaged in the process. That’s not very honest, or fair. They don’t care about election integrity. Few people really do. Even organizations like the ACLU which are supposed to care about things like this have been compromised.

Double Standards Are Common Practice At The ACLU PA Now

ACLU PA claims that Trump “wants to interfere with democracy.”

I believe the ACLU PA is playing a partisan game here. Why? Because I personally reported an unconstitutional attempt from the city of Philadelphia at interfering with democracy months ago that ACLU PA did nothing about. You can decide for yourselves why they chose to stay out.

The city of Philadelphia robbed me (and the President) of our constitutional 1st amendment right to free speech. What’s worse, is there were even more grotesque human rights violations I reported to the ACLU PA; which they also ignored. For political reasons, atrocities continue in Philadelphia.

My Original Complaint To The ACLU PA About Discrimination Against Me & Trump Was Rejected Despite A Ruling On A Similar Case

I’ll keep this section simple. You can download a copy of my email exchange with the ACLU PA intake people. My complaint was that Philadelphia city officials at OTIS, SEPTA, and their agency Intersection all worked together to block me from being able to advertise any political messaging. A city official specifically named Trump in their email to me which you can see here telling me he would not be able to advertise on city property (including but not limited to SEPTA).

The ACLU PA claimed they wouldn’t take my case because their other case with SEPTA was pending. However, I tried to plead with them and let them know that SEPTA wasn’t the only entity at the city involved. This was even more urgent to me when I started noticing all the illegal Biden ads going up.

But they stopped responding to my emails soon after that.

Meet The Tight-Lipped Executive Director Of ACLU PA Reggie Shuford

Reggie Shuford, Executive Director of ACLU PA

I met Reggie on LinkedIn and had a chat with him about my complaint. He is the person who gave me the link for the intake form originally. My request to him was to figure out if there was any real shot at my case being taken on. He didn’t answer me but claimed I would get a response from the team about it. Shuford told me that he is not “the expert” when it comes to legal issues.

I told him that I didn’t really get what his role is because it isn’t clear and he wasn’t telling me. In response, he said, “No worries. Lots of people don’t. :-)” An immature, and strange response.

When I asked him specifically then, what he actually does, he said, “A lot. Far too much to explain on here.” No offer was made to clarify this. He didn’t give me a link that explains his job either. Nothing. He didn’t even respond to my allegations of human trafficking in the city of Philadelphia.

I have been stonewalled by the American Civil Liberties Union in my state.

Think about that:

Where am I supposed to go when my civil liberties are threatened now?

ACLU PA Beat SEPTA, But Wouldn’t Fight For Me (Or Trump) On The Same Issue

The ACLU PA recently won their case against SEPTA regarding their unconstitutional restriction of speech on SEPTA property. On September 14, 2020 ACLU PA reported, “FEDERAL APPEALS COURT STRIKES DOWN SEPTA AD POLICY AT CENTER OF ACLU-PA FREE SPEECH LAWSUIT.” It is as simple as this, “A federal appeals court has struck down a policy of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority that forbids advertising regarding issues of public debate on SEPTA vehicles and properties.” But the ACLU PA still won’t respond to me about my case.

Now, ACLU PA is fighting against Trump in PA, even though my claims are from over 2 months ago. They never addressed those at all. If they did address my claims, we might have been able to avoid some of this mess.

My claims allege that the city officials were discriminating against Trump in order to suppress his votes in Philadelphia. The ACLU PA is now fighting against Trump in his claims about corruption in Pennsylvania even though they know they exist. I don’t know how many more ways to say it.

The ACLU PA is the type of place I am supposed to go to get justice for this kind of thing. Election integrity is an important part of our civil liberties.

Instead of helping me, though, the ACLU PA stonewalled me and ended up not taking on my case even though they should have known they would have had a good chance of winning. The only thing I can imagine is that they didn’t want to help me because I wanted to help Donald Trump because the ACLU is not a non-partisan organization anymore.
