Tom Wolf’s “official oppression” has not been dealt with yet. If you are not familiar with this concept (most people aren’t) it is a legitimate thing. It’s not just the feeling of oppression, like you hear social justice warriors talk about. It isn’t “systemic racism” or anything like that either. Under Pennsylvania Title 18 Chapter 53, the heading reads “Abuse of Office.” Ironic that Trump’s first impeachment never referenced official oppression even though technically you could say that was the closest real charge.

There are similar laws across America in the other states as well.

Think Of It Like Bureaucratic Brutality With State Threats Of Force

Official oppression, simply put, is when a government official uses their capacity in government to strip the rights of people. It has commonly been used in true police brutality cases. Again, if things like the George Floyd riots were legitimate, you would have heard BLM talking about official oppression all day. But they never mentioned it. Because it has nothing to do with race inherently. However, there is another related concept to official oppression which I don’t think has ever been linked in this way. That concept is “civil death.” Civil death is not a set of laws, but a legal precept that is often used by prisoners to explain the severity how victimized they were by official oppression.

Civil death can be defined as, “the loss of a citizen’s privileges through life imprisonment, banishment, etc.”

In other words, I’m arguing that by continuing to inflict official oppression on Pennsylvanians, Tom Wolf has caused civil death across the state. Due to the fact that we have no checks & balances in Pennsylvania anymore, this can’t be rectified internally. Since the current administration in the White House benefited from this condition, they can’t be trusted to rectify it either. However, every single person is now impacted negatively by this. It has reached the children even, who can’t go back to school without wearing masks 8 hours a day.

Which isn’t “following the science.”

Understanding Official Oppression In More Detail

For the record, The Fascist Five all did what I’m describing. So if you live in New Jersey, New York, Michigan, or California, go find the applicable laws in your state as well. It is possible the specific statute is labeled somehow differently but the fact remains that government officials can’t do these things. Things like arrest people for not adhering to an anti-science policy like mask-adherence. Or completely shutting business down like they did last year, when no natural disaster was occurring whatsoever. In fact, Tom Wolf was doing all of this madness while he was single-handedly responsible for putting sick elderly people in nursing homes. Then lying about how many people were dying across the state, when in reality most of them were dying due to that elder abuse policy.

We all know based on common sense that these things are wrong. But maybe we need to use the right language.

How The Law Defines Official Oppression

Here’s the most important bit:

§ 5301.  Official oppression.

A person acting or purporting to act in an official capacity or taking advantage of such actual or purported capacity commits a misdemeanor of the second degree if, knowing that his conduct is illegal, he:

(1)  subjects another to arrest, detention, search, seizure, mistreatment, dispossession, assessment, lien or other infringement of personal or property rights; or

(2)  denies or impedes another in the exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege, power or immunity.”

We were all literally forcibly threatened to stay in our homes (detained & disposed) while they infringed on the property rights of business owners and personal rights of everybody. This allowed the government to decide how wealth would be redistributed without our say-so, in hiding, while pretending there was a pandemic in the state. It was all based on lies, and has to be undone immediately.

That starts with charging Tom Wolf with official oppression.

Result: Civil Death

There is no way to deny Tom Wolf’s official oppression campaign. It was coordinated with at least 4 other states, and helped force the nation to succumb to the outright lies about “COVID-19.” However, we the people would not have experienced civil death without a little help from his friends. Specifically these people:

  • Secretary Kathy Boockvar
  • Health Commissioner Rachel Levine
  • Attorney General Josh Shapiro

Boockvar was Tom Wolf’s right hand. Through the elder abuse scam, the mail-in voting scheme, and the official oppression, she signed off (literally) on everything. Health commissioner Rachel Levine was responsible for the elder abuse and perpetuating misinformation about SARS-CoV-2 as the state’s lead authority on health (if you can believe that). Our saving grace could have been Josh Shapiro. He should have been looking at the governor’s conduct. He should have been ensuring nobody infringed on the rights of Pennsylvanians. But they were. He is responsible for allowing us to be subjected to torture last year. That continues today.

So Pennsylvanians have nowhere to go to appeal. Just like prisoners.

How Long Will Tom Wolf’s Official Oppression Last?

Currently states are rolling back mandates & lifting ridiculous laws that we have been forced to live under for about a year. However, that has always been the wrong pathway. It was unlawful official oppression state mandates that got us into this mess in the first place. We cannot claw our way back by allowing the states to even act like it’s up to them anymore. In fact, that just continues the abuses cycle. But business owners will have to join together. Community groups too. Parents in school districts all across the state have to speak together and admit that this has been a bunch of lies. Their children’s future depends on it. Sitting around waiting for Tom Wolf to lift his abuses policies or take responsibility for killing the elderly and lying to us about it will not do anything.

Nobody in the entire state of Pennsylvania, including the legislature, plans on taking Tom Wolf to task.

If they do, they have been awfully quiet about it while their constituents are suffering like prisoners with no rights.

Civil death is not final like bodily death. We can overcome it. Usually the Supreme Court has to step in, though. I think that’s where we’re headed. Even if Tom Wolf reversed his “emergency” orders tomorrow, we should not stop until he is in court explaining himself. A judge should have to determine whether he committed official oppression and pay back the damages. Because there are thousands of Pennsylvanians who took their own lives or lost everything because of this man. That is much more than an *oopsie daisy* mistake, Tommy Boy.

Tom Wolf’s official oppression cost people their lives, lost the state billions of dollars in revenue, and set back civil rights in the state almost irrevocably.
