Hear Her Message, Loud & Clear
Ep.06 // Sheri Kurdakul
Founder & CEO of VictimsVoice
This may be one of the more emotionally charged episodes of MADE To Be, because it is about a topic that lives in the shadows of our everyday lives. On this episode, Sheri opens up about her road to recovery as a victim of domestic violence. After being personally affected by the injustice victims face every day, she decided she needed to dedicate her life to finding a way to give victims a voice.
Sheri also brings us through a series of career-defining moments where she risks it all to go after what she thought she wanted. Something about castrating a steer in the rainstorm in an open field? Oh, and have you ever wanted to risk your job to stand up for what’s right?
